Just a reminder that the online market is open for the week on Monday Nov. 4th, 2013. Non-Soy, Non-GMO, Pastured Turkeys and Naturally Raised Smoked Hams are here for the holidays!

The market is currently offering a $25 deposit to reserve your Thanksgiving turkey for the holiday. Our pastured Turkeys are supplemented with a Non-Soy, Non-GMO, Organic Corn Feed. Our pastured turkeys are raised in mobile pens and have continous access to sun, grass, insects, and left over veggies from the garden. We grow as much of their feed as we can. They are good foragers and are very hearty. They chase insects and run in the sun up until the time to process them. Turkeys are limited. If you go to the Farm Raised Meats category on the left side of the Market page. Then click on the sub-catagory called Turkey, there you will find the $25 deposit option to reserve your turkey. Turkeys are available after the 8th of November.

We are also offering Naturally grown, Smoked Hams (on the bone, nitrate free, chemical smoke free). You can pick those up on any scheduled delivery date. The naturally raised pork is cured with a sugar and salt cure. No MSG or sodium nitrate used. Lean. No antibiotics or growth hormones. They get lots of sun, garden veggies, whey, weeds and grass. Marinade your ham in your favorite spices and slow cook.
Please share our coop with friends and family, the farmers have lots of precious vegetables and meats to sell. If you want …. “Like us” on facebook because we try to post pictures and interesting things that go on at the farm there.

Remember: We do give you money back on the undamaged glass jelly jars and rings. We can refund you $0.50 cents each for those that are returned back in great shape.

Remember: We do take used egg cartons that are still in good shape. It helps with the environment and help us keep the cost down.

Thanks so much for your support of Rose Creek Farms Locally Grown, all of our growers, local food, and our rights to eat it. You all are part of what makes North Texas such a great area in which to live.
